This American Art Clay Company (AMACO, Indianapolis, IN, c1930s) pottery vase stands a tall 8.75" high by 4" across its sides. It has a triangular, almost trapezoidal form, and pleasing to the eye. This vase is glazed in a pale golden yellow ground glaze, with a drippy blue overglaze, in a very organic presentation and finished in a satin mat. This Art Deco beauty is well marked on the base with the AMACO ink stamp and the number '71'. It is in original condition, with the usual glaze nuances, including a glaze bubble, but no apologies.
