This Fulper Effigy bowl stands 7.25" high by 11" in diameter at the rim, and 8" at the base. It has a very handsome form, with three troll-like men holding up a large bulb bowl, a great presentation! Better yet, this bowl is glazed in a handsome combination of matte and flambe glazes. It is glazed in a dark mocha/brown at the rim, transitioning to a mustard matte glaze on the bowl, and back to mocha/brown over the figures and base platform, speckled in brown. The interior of the bowl is flambe glazed, with lots of cream and brown, like a melting carmel sundae. This Effigy bowl is marked on the base with a boxy rectangular inkstamp mark, dating it to around 1909-1916, a great period for Fulper Arts & Crafts pottery. It is in very good condition, with a restoration to an old interior rim chip. This classic Fulper Effigy bowl makes a great Arts & Crafts presentation! This Effigy will cost additional postage due to its size. If questions, please ask. TY
