This spectacular Weller Fru Russet vase stands 6" high by 6" in diameter. The corseted bulb form has strap handles at its sides. It is decorated with spiked leaves at the shoulders, a beautiful accent. As with all Fru Russet pots, the glaze is wonderfully organic in its presentation. It is glazed in a berry underglaze, with a fabulous green glaze that has tremendous character, finished in a satin mat. This vase is marked 'WELLER' in tiny script, along with pencil numbers '213'. It is in factory original condition, with factory stilt marks on the underside, along with a couple of no harm glaze skips. This very handsome vessel has a 'pick-me-up' attitude, and it feels great in-hand.
